Peter Davekos is a flight paramedic, emergency services professional, and Co-Founder of Waveform Safety Solutions. With experience spanning the public sector, private industry, and non-governmental organizations, he specializes in helping organizations strengthen preparedness, enhance operational resilience, and navigate the complex intersection of event operations, public safety, emergency medical services, and emergency management.
Throughout his career, Peter has supported major venues, music festivals, endurance events, and large-scale public gatherings, including events with attendance exceeding 300,000 participants. His experience also includes supporting local, state, and national responses to significant emergency incidents, providing firsthand insight into incident management, multi-agency coordination, resource allocation, and operational decision-making in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Peter has traveled extensively throughout the United States studying best practices in event safety, mass gathering management, emergency preparedness, and public safety integration. Through years of collaboration across the emergency services and event industries, he has developed strong relationships with local, state, federal, and private-sector partners, allowing him to connect clients with valuable resources, expertise, and stakeholder networks that support successful outcomes.
Peter has completed advanced training in sports and special event management through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), complementing his operational experience with specialized education in event safety, risk management, and integrated public safety operations
